Delivery time

All the products are made to order which means it takes 2-7 days to get the product to come to existence. Currently there is a standard shipping. Ordered items should  arrive within 14 days or earlier.

Lost packages

If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it please contact USPS 1-800-222-1811. Please understand that

we can’t take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order.

Returns

​

 You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please note: There is a $5 processing fee for returns.  Product needs to be in a new condition, unused.

 

You will be able to  send your returns with original packing slip to specific address.

Kasias Creations reserves the right to deny refund if suit does not meet policy and/or hygiene requirements. If you have any questions/concerns please email. Please allow 2-3 days for returns to be processed. Once the return

is approved, we will refund, if applicable, to the original credit card.

Exchanges

 To exchange a size customer needs to contact the shop before exchanging  any products.The exchange needs to happen within 7 days of receiving the product. Once the product is received back than the new product will be ordered to make.

Because this products are made to order this procedure takes a little bit of time so please be patient. The original product  will need to be send back to the address given in an email.

Privacy

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

The personal information is also shared with Printful a company that is printing and shipping the products to you.
